The best NMN supplement is the one with a clear label, a cost you can live with, and documents you can match to the bottle. ProHealth, Renue, and Wonderfeel offer different amounts and purchase terms. A 12-week randomized study in older adults looked at sleep, fatigue, and physical performance, which shows why it is important to separate a blood-marker claim from the everyday result you want.
NMN is marketed as a precursor to NAD+. If you are comparing products because of tiredness, sleep trouble, falls, or confusion, bring those concerns to a provider soon instead of expecting a supplement label to answer them.
What should “best” mean for your NMN comparison?
Start with four separate questions: Is the label easy to understand? Is the formula simple? Can you see current product documentation? Can you afford the full cost after the first order? A large number on the front of a bottle, a purity badge, and a cellular-aging message answer different questions.
The Care Team has not laboratory-tested these products. We would compare the exact NMN amount per serving, the format you can use safely, the bottle or supply count, the current price, and whether a batch document matches the product in your hand. The FDA says a Supplement Facts panel should identify serving size, servings per container, dietary ingredients, and amounts per serving; supplements do not receive routine drug-style premarket approval. FDA supplement guidance explains what to look for.

How do ProHealth, Renue, and Wonderfeel compare?
| Product | Active ingredient and serving | Format | Container or supply shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProHealth NMN Pro 300 | The product page lists 300 mg Uthever® NMN. | Capsules | 30 capsules |
| Renue Liposomal NMN | The product page lists a 500 mg daily NMN dose. | Liposomal capsules | Check the container count on the label before working out cost per serving. |
| Wonderfeel Youngr NMN | The product page lists 900 mg NMN per serving of two capsules. | Vegan capsules | 60 capsules; 30-day supply |
Each maker describes its own product differently. ProHealth describes NMN Pro 300 as a 300 mg capsule product. Renue says its liposomes protect NMN through digestion and provide a slower, sustained release. That wording identifies its delivery design; it does not by itself show better outcomes for you. Wonderfeel lists 900 mg per two-capsule serving and a 30-day supply.
A powder, capsule, or liposomal product is not automatically the right choice just because of its format. Match the route on the label to what you can take consistently and safely. Do not assume that an NMN product is the same intervention as NAD+ or NR just because the front label says “NAD booster.”
What does human NMN research support?
Human research is still specific to the people, amount, product form, and time studied. In a 12-week randomized trial of community-dwelling older Japanese adults, people with clinical insomnia and chronic fatigue syndrome were excluded. The study measured sleep, fatigue, and physical performance. Some measures improved within groups, while afternoon drowsiness improved in both the NMN and placebo groups. The study does not establish a broad treatment benefit for sleep or fatigue. the 12-week NMN trial has the study details.
A National Library of Medicine-indexed review says that more clinical investigation is needed to understand NMN effectiveness and safety in people. NMN safety review is useful when an ad makes a broad healthy-aging promise. A separate review explains that NMN and NR are distinct NAD+ intermediates whose metabolism may differ by tissue. NMN and NR research explains that distinction.
In the United States, FDA concluded in September 2025 that NMN is not excluded from the dietary-supplement definition after reconsidering earlier marketing evidence. That decision does not approve an NMN product or establish an anti-aging result. NMN remains a new dietary ingredient, with ordinary supplement requirements still relevant. FDA's NMN determination gives the dated regulatory decision.
What will you pay, and what paperwork should you check?
Prices below were shown on October 9, 2026. Check checkout for today’s price, shipping, and terms.
| Product | One-time price | Subscription or renewal shown | Shipping and exit terms shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProHealth NMN Pro 300 | Check the current product page | Check the current product page | The maker states that U.S. shipping is free on orders over $30 and offers a complete refund if you are not satisfied; confirm current terms before ordering. |
| Renue Liposomal NMN | $64.95 | $58.46 with subscription | The maker says subscriptions save 10% and can be canceled, skipped, or changed anytime. Its page shows free U.S. shipping over $45 and also states free shipping on $50+ orders; confirm the checkout threshold. |
| Wonderfeel Youngr NMN | $88.00 | $73.00 | The maker says subscription orders bill and ship every 30 days, with the first renewal after 26 days, and can be skipped, changed, or canceled anytime. Ask for the return terms in writing before ordering. |
For documentation, keep these checks separate: batch or lot identification; report date; laboratory name; methods; identity result; potency result; and contaminant testing. A report for raw NMN powder is not automatically a report for the finished capsule bottle. The seller’s pages link to certificates or testing language, but use the lot number to decide whether a document matches your purchase.
One detail worth keeping straight: a maker may describe U.S. manufacturing or GMP practices; FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are marketed, so ask for the batch document. If you take pills for blood sugar, heart health, kidney function, or another ongoing condition, put the full ingredient panel beside your medicine list and ask a pharmacist about it. diabetes medicines and supplements can help you prepare that conversation.
Can you make a short list without picking one universal winner?
Yes. Choose ProHealth NMN Pro 300 if your comparison starts with a 300 mg capsule listing and you confirm the current price and terms before payment. Choose Renue’s liposomal product if you specifically want its 500 mg daily liposomal format and will confirm the current shipping threshold and batch document. Choose Wonderfeel Youngr if you want a listed 900 mg two-capsule serving and a stated 30-day supply, while checking the current return terms before payment.
A no-purchase choice also belongs on the list. It may fit when the label, batch document, total recurring cost, or medicine question is still unresolved. Do not use a familiar name, a celebrity mention, or a social-media thread as a substitute for the label and paperwork.
Before you order
- Copy the exact product name, chemical form, amount per serving, and bottle lot.
- Ask for a current document that matches the finished product and lot.
- Write down the one-time price, renewal price, shipping, cancellation deadline, and return steps.
- Ask a pharmacist whether NMN and the other ingredients fit with your medicines and supplements.
- For fatigue, sleep changes, confusion, or falls, make the provider question the next step rather than adding a product on your own.
Printable label card: what is in this longevity product?
Use this card when several products sound alike. Your first job is to identify the actual offer, not choose a winner from a familiar acronym.
- Copy the product name exactly and record the date. Use the package or product label for ingredients, amount per serving, and route.
- Write the ingredient spelling as shown. If a label says “blend” without individual amounts, write “amount not disclosed.”
- Next to each advertised outcome, note whether the material concerns this product, an ingredient, a different route, or something unclear.
- Write one question still open. Bring the card and package to a pharmacist or clinician if medicines, health conditions, or a treatment claim make suitability uncertain.

Illustration only: a fictional bottle called “NAD Booster” lists NR on its ingredient panel. Record both names in their proper fields. Do not describe it as the same intervention as an NAD infusion. This card organizes information; it does not establish effectiveness, safety for you, authenticity, or authorization for medical use.
Printable cost worksheet
Compare the full commitment. A low first-order price can answer a different question from the cost of keeping a subscription.
- Record servings per container and the label-based usage assumption used for arithmetic. This is a cost calculation, not advice about dose.
- Divide planned days by days per container and round up. Record the billing cadence.
- Add product charges, shipping, tax when known, and any other required fees. Keep first-order discounts separate from renewal prices.
- Compare the result with your budget. Keep a no-purchase option in the table and write “unknown” for missing fees.

Illustration only: 30 servings at one serving daily, $45 per bottle, and $5 shipping per order cost $50 per 30-day supply. Twelve bottles cover 360 days for $600. Covering 365 days from zero stock requires 13 bottles: $650 before tax, leaving 25 servings. This worksheet does not measure cost-effectiveness or promise a health benefit.
Printable study card: what did the longevity study show?
Keep the study result beside the claim you are evaluating. This helps prevent an impressive headline from answering a question the study never tested.
- Record whether it is a protocol, animal experiment, observational study, or completed human trial.
- Identify participants, intervention, comparison group, duration, and main outcome.
- Write the reported result, uncertainty, and harms in your own words.
- Ask how closely the participants and intervention match your question. “Not measured” is a useful answer.

Printable subscription and return card
Understand what happens after the first order. A trial period, return window, and subscription cancellation deadline can be different rules.
- Save the current terms URL and date. Record the first charge, recurring charge, billing interval, and whether a discount requires a subscription.
- Find cancellation steps, notice deadline, and the next payment date.
- Check whether opened products qualify for returns, who pays shipping, and whether a fee applies.
- Write the steps you would take to leave and where you would get confirmation.

Illustration only: an offer allows returns for 30 days but requires subscription cancellation 14 days before the next shipment. Record both rules. A return request may not automatically stop a future subscription charge. This worksheet does not establish legal rights or guarantee a refund.
Printable product and certificate passport
A certificate of analysis can answer a narrow question: what was measured in a particular sample? Compare the exact product, ingredient, lot number, and date on your bottle with the document. Identity, potency, and contamination are different questions.
- Record the exact listing or bottle and its lot before reading the report.
- Copy each result and unit. Keep the laboratory threshold separate from the result.
- Mark missing or mismatched information as unknown and ask the seller for it.
- Keep this sheet with the dated offer and compare quality information separately from human research.

Fictional example: a capsule listing links to a report for bulk NMN powder. The identity result may concern that powder, but the capsule lot is absent. Write “finished-product lot not matched” and ask for a matching report. This is a document-reading aid, not authentication, a laboratory rating, or an endorsement.
